One of the most frequent questions we get is, "How can I participate in Black Family Technology Awareness Week?"

The quick answer is that only your imagination and resources limit you. Almost any activity that promotes technology is appropriate. To get you started, here are just a few ideas.

Software and Hardware Product Review Day
Spend time in your local computer store or have a manufacturer's representative speak to your organization and mentees about the products available and their uses.

Computer Lab Training
Coordinate with your local public school system or college to host computer lab training (basic computer operations and/ or intermediate core concepts) for students of all ages and their parents.
